GIANT LOVE BUG ALERT! Please meet Carter (FCID# 02/17/2017 - 112)! Carter has been with Forgotten Cats almost a year.  This energetic, loving boy will literally stand on his hind legs just to be petted. Carter has a lot of energy and he directs all of it at you! He wants you to pet his head, back, tummy, anything! Stating that Carter is a sweet and friendly cat is an understatement. He is one of the most outgoing and loving cats to come through our doors! Carter's new foster says he is a complete love bug and is thriving in her new foster home.  Carter is FIV+ but not to worry because FIV+ cats and non-FIV+ cats can live long, healthy lives together!   Carter gets along well with other cats and has never been aggressive with his feline housemates.
